I’ve been enjoying the hell out of the new Damien Jurado album, Caught in the Trees (at eMusic).
I’ll have more to say as I take it in some more. In the meantime, here’s a great spot spot with the Black Cab Sessions of Jurado and his bandmate Jenna Conrad performing Last Rights, which is off the new album.

The new Jurado is some good stuff, but who would have thought otherwise. This Black Cab recording is phenomenal for being in the back of a black cab…if I had to say. Nice post!
